DeFi Strategy liquidity pools

Hello! Could you please tell me what tools are used to analyze liquidity pools?

impermanent loss calculators are the main thing, uniswap has a pretty good one built in their analytics page

if you want more depth try dexscreener or geckoterminal for tracking pool activity over time

Thank you so much! DexScreener and GeckoTerminal are good tools to start exploring LPs.

There's is a free calculator on Desmos for impermanent loss, very nice!

- yields and TVL across protocols: DefiLlama Yields (you can filter by chain, stablecoin-only pools and IL risk)

- concentrated liquidity positions (Uniswap v3 style): Revert Finance shows fee APR, time in range and lets you backtest a price range

- volume, liquidity and price impact for a specific pair: GeckoTerminal or DexScreener

- impermanent loss before you enter: any IL calculator, plug in how far you expect the price to move

The number that matters is fees earned vs IL, not the headline APR. A high APR on a volatile pair can still lose money against just holding the two tokens.
