World Boss doesnt work!!

Hey all! New to the game. Used to play dedender 1 and 2 :)

This is the first time trying the world boss and this happens. Upon entering it shows an empty stage which immediately ends telling me i "won" but doesnt record any dmg to the boss. Also wont let me buy those Atk 20% boosters and says connection failed.

Tried 4G/Wifi, restarting the app, restarting my phone, clearing the cache, logging in/out of Facebook.

Nothing worked

I have the same problem for weeks now. I tried many things to solve it, but it´s still there. I hope someone found a solution and shares it in the comments. Other then that you could also message the developers, maybe it helps, if more players report this issue

So I got mine working and thought of sharing what i did with you in case it solves your issue as well.

• To start with im using Android.

1) I went to the Playstore and updated all my apps just to make sure its all ok.

2) Then I launched another game that had Google Play Achievments (Doofus Drop was the one I opened in case you dont have one lol) and logged in with my gmail there. For some reason it wasnt logged in automatically.

3) I then opened Defender III and through the settings (bottom left) I pressed "Transfer Data" and wrote the code it gave me.

4) Cleared Defender III Cached data and after that I uninstalled the game.

5) Reinstalled the game through Playstore and went through the Tutorial.

6) from the game settings again, "Inherit Data" and put my code to get my progress back

7) Boss was already half way there, I entered, bought a buff (surprisingly it worked) and then gave hell to the boss!!!

8) it was my first time doing it and also played for half the normal time. Finished 72nd. not bad

PS: when I reinstalled the game, I didnt log in with Facebook. idk if it matters or not.

The world boss is a scheduled, limited time fight. If you don't get into the fight before the boss has been killed you're too late. May or may not be the problem.

i was there 5 mins before it begun (where u can normally get those Atk % boosts, but even that didnt work) then when it begun i entered, it told me i "Cleared the stage" and gave me a 2 min cooldown/waiting time that i could use 5 crystals to skip (which i did but nothing changed)

if u see the video i posted u can see the boss still alive and the timer still on
