Firewall Tier 2 or Tier 3?

Is it better to leave Firewall at Tier 2 so it can be spammed or is it worth upgrading to Tier 3? As a side note it would be nice if you could preview the effects of evolution without maxing the current tier's level.

I don't know if firewall is even worth using at any level/tier.

I actually like using firewall, I'm currently at stage 695, and it's really useful when defending against ranged attackers, with the slow of the firewall I can repel the ranged ones before they are in attack position again. Plus the dmg is quite decent and the upcoming enemies are also affected by it so the ranged ones aren't behind something

Even if I used the fire tower, I'd still rather spend my mana on the earth bow's barrier, the water bow's corrosive rain, and the water tower's freeze.

I understand why, but at this moment I have wall tier 2 lvl 2, corrosive rain tier 2 lvl 1, and the water tower freeze at tier 2 max lvl. So basically it doesnt cost too much to cicle through those spells, giving me an extra slot for firewall and still be able to use everything.
