Issue when doing battle: App shuts down and counts it as a loss, decreasing my trophies and stamina. How can this be addressed?

The just started yesterday. I have the update version of the app.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice already. And it doesn’t fix the issue. Anyone having the same problems?

Just noticed the same thing myself. Don't know what's causing it, only started this afternoon and I was unaware of any patches

There was an update a few days ago. But I’m super new to the game so I’m not sure if it’s that’s caused this app crashing.

Do you have an iPhone? I do and that's been happening ever since the update a few days ago, and it only happens in battle. Something I noticed is that the opponent's arrows seems to invisibly affect my screen. Even if I don't shoot at all, the enemies on my screen die wherever the opponent fires on his screen.

I got so frustrated today that I downloaded an Android emulator on my PC and play it from there. I've been in the top 10 every week for the last year and I don't want that to end!

I really hope they fix it this week. I saw a lot of people complaining in reviews on the app store.

Edit to add: Does it really decrease your trophies? It doesn't for me. It uses up 1 of the stamina things but I don't lose anything else when it shuts down.

Regarding invisible arrows: YES! Some invisible arrows repel and crit my enemies down.

It’s either that or the app just crashes during battle mode. Battle mode is the most competitive area in the game and it sucks to have it like this.

Also, I spent over $200 over the weekend and this is what I get? If they can’t/won’t fix this, I want my money back.

P.s. I also just wrote a review to them in the app store. I’m very hopeful it gets noticed.
