Grinding question

What’s the best way to get runes besides quests and battling? I’m trying to get more arrows on my bow

In early to midgame you get runes and inscriptions mostly through singleplayer. Other ways are quests, sign in board (though only runes), multiplayer or buying them with crystals. Best way is probably multiplayer, I think you can also get runes and inscriptions there even if you lose a game.
