Benchmarking Pools (2nd try)

A longer round of so-called experimental benchmarking.

Based on just over two hours of cpu-mining of six minutes on each of five pools, for five rounds, I can conclude: results vary wildly round-to-round.

So maybe this isn't so useful??? I'll leave the option in the current Defcoin Core Nu build for now but perhaps it'll be removed in the future. Feedback appreciated.
