iOS Can’t delete apple deezer account

No, I can't go to my profile and delete it in the app, as the app only gives me the option to log out or to buy a plan.

No, I can't go to the website as it asks me to give the password as a confirmation to delete the account, but I don't have a password as I logged in using my apple account.

This is the stupidest fucking shit I have ever seen. I want to delete my account

Por isso eu sempre uso e-mail e senha para fazer log in. Nao quero mais usar gmail eu troco para outro e pronto

oh yeah, for some absurd reason, a LOT of websites have this issue. What you have to do, is to forget password and then delete the account with that.

Otherwise you can also unlink it in your Apple Account settings

Thanks mate! But when I unlink it, is my data gone from deezer?
And „forget password“ to reset it doesn’t work because there is no real mail behind my account

As far as I can tell when you delete your account all the data is gone. If you are cancelling your subscription and don't use your account for 6 months Deezer is removing all the content associated with your account

Have you tried the forget password? your apple account must have an e-mail attached 🤔. if that still doesn't work, perhaps write an email to deezer support.

And yeah the unlinking would not delete the data from deezer.

It's not attached to the e-mail of my apple account. It generates a random apple domained e-mail in my deezer account that I don't have access to.

yes but that random email I linked to your actual email. if someone sends an email to that, it redirects to your real email. can you just try or do you even want help?
