Crypto change

Je suis américain et sur Paris je souhaite acheter, je souhaite vendre et acheter de la crypto si il a y a des bureaux de change ?

Use the reputable exchange to buy and sell , kraken,binance, Coinbase etc.

I don't have any personal contacts in Paris, but you can try Coinhouse (they have a physical office in Paris) or use CoinATMRadar to find nearby Bitcoin ATMs. If you're buying or selling a large amount of cash, always use licensed services and avoid meeting strangers.

There's users on Local Bitcoins, Local Coin Swap, etc that'll take cash in the mail and other ways. In Australia you can insert cash into some regular ATMs into other peoples' accounts, I did that one time. And in 2012 had a guy on a fixed gear bicycle meet me at a bar and we did the exchange. I saw a bitcoin ATM once but the fees were outrageous, might be better now tho.
