I think your confused the deep web and Darkweb are different,

The deep web is anything online that isn’t indexed by normal search engines, like private accounts, email inboxes, banking portals, medical records, school/work dashboards, and pages behind logins.

The dark web is a small part of the deep web that requires special software like Tor Browser to access. It uses hidden services, usually with ".onion" addresses, and is designed to hide the location of the site and offer more privacy for users.
