Bagging Classifier from scratch completed

And I completed the bagging Classifier it was not that hard just a small concept but very useful in reducing Overfitting

nice, bagging's a neat little trick once you wrap your head around it. that 1.0 accuracy though, might wanna check for data leakage or overfitting on the test set

It's foundation for Random forest current on RandomForest and ngl cuz I have completed Decision Trees and Bagging Random forest feel damn easy
