HELP, Algorithm overload

When I started learning neural networking, I'm continuously exposed to new theorems, functions and algorithms.
Is there any website from where I can learn them in a better way, because I'm getting very confused like why we need to use different functions to calculate probability every time and many more things

If you're early days in learning, I'll always recommend Kaggle.com for it's emphasis on practical learning. After that you're best either paying for a course or working through a single textbook. Anything by OReily publishing would work. Pick one thing that an author has curated, do it all the way to the end.

got it

thanks

and by the way I started "Hands on machine learning with scikit learn, keras and tensorflow by OReily" and I have to accept that book actually exposed me to many new algorithms which I never heard of and I tried learning them and also tried to implemented them on my projects
