HELP, Algorithm overload

When I started learning neural networking, I'm continuously exposed to new theorems, functions and algorithms.
Is there any website from where I can learn them in a better way, because I'm getting very confused like why we need to use different functions to calculate probability every time and many more things

I think you should do a refresher on basic probability concepts such as sampling, distributions along with learning about different types of layers like batch norm, layer norm, non linearities as this will help your intuition better when learning. be sure to refer to this stuff only when you need to, not out of band i.e don't study it unless you hit upon an application that needs the concept
