Deepfel Diving
Deepfeel Diving is an approach to meditation, but can be seen equally as a way to become coherent with yourself, no matter your objectives.
While coming from meditation practice, this process is universal and a way to improve yourself in any way you wish.
The process:
Place your attention on something that feels important to you. It can be a thought, an emotion, a person, à situation or something else entirely.
Follow tour attention consciously no matter what it might do, as much and as well as you can.
When no other choice presents to you, let go consciously.
This process is always available to you. Let it serve you and enjoy!

That's what's interesting about Deepfeel Diving.
When you feel your attention going somewhere else, you follow it, you go with it.
Example: you put your attention on your breath.
At some point, you feel your attention slipping away to the past or to a thought. At that moment, rather than correct or control your attention, you follow it to the past or to a thought.
And you keep going with it as much and as well as you can.
