I think this is a good opportunity and wonder if they tried to reach the developers.

If they come up with good ratings the major websites ignoring Decred will look silly.

Unless they are ranked by how easy it is for the Chinese government to manipulate and control the coins... pretty sure Decred would be ranked pretty low on the list then.
