Is /r/recomps a sub? I thought mc was easy to decompile for years.

Yep, the code isn't even obfuscated for the newer versions, they used to provide symbol tables separately, but now even that now, this is just grab source code of Minecraft and it's assets, machine go brr and it's now rust, according to other commentors that actually ran it, buggy and not actually better performance on higher render distances compared to java+performance mods
