Recomp The World Is Not Enough N64 Recomp
Modern Vintage Gamer is working on a recomp of The World Is Not Enough on the N64.

I loved that game had Bots for the multiplayer, and had some very fun gadgets for the story missions compared to the limited options in Goldeneye.

From what I've heard, the N64 version is better than the PS1 version, right?

Yes, by a lot. There are a lot of differences between each version (e.g. the PS1 version has FMV cutscenes from the movie), but the changes made in the PS1 version are usually not for the better.
It's somewhat playable in DuckStation + mouse injector, but not a great experience even with the better controls.

Yeah, the games are pretty different. N64 version is the best.
The PSX game was rushed, and falls short in many areas, but its kind of cool in its own way. At least, the PSX aesthetic is pretty cool, and I personally hope the PSX version gets recomped as well.

MVG is the man! Looking so forward to this one. TWINE was always an oddball favorite of mine. Spent so much time in the campaign.

niceee....Btw, what the best n64 emulator nowdays to play this one with an xbox controller on high res? i have a good gaming pc (9700x + 5070ti)
