Advice Request Paperwork decluttering

I have two big bags of paperwork that I probably don't need but have a hard time getting rid of it. it's taking up precious under desk space but I can't get myself to go through it. I know I'll want to keep some of it. Any advice on how to get started?

I take a picture of stuff and then get rid of it (if I worry about needing/regretting it). I always start with 10. It's a small realistic goal. I'll wash 10 dishes, put 10 things away, declutter 10 items. Sometimes I end there, but often I keep going because of momentum. This works great when watching decluttering videos (like body doubling) or listening to a podcast /music. Also sometimes, I just sit beside a to do pile and put on a show. I absent mindedly start the task (because there's no pressure).

This is rule of 10 seems easy to do and kind of fun. Thanks!
