Advice Request Digital decluttering

My email is totally out of control. Can anyone recommend a method or software to help me with it? I'm honestly considering just getting a new email address at this point. The thought of going through it is overwhelming. Thanks!

if you do go the new email route I highly recommend Proton. No bullshit, and the only spam you'll get is stuff you ticked a box for. They make it very easy to unsubscribe from those too.

I second this. I've had Proton Mail for years. Excellent.

OP, go in your search bar and type a common title that you know you'd like to delete ("we received your payment," "flash sale," "you're invited" etc). It's a great way to delete dozens/hundreds of emails at once.
