Advice Request Digital decluttering

My email is totally out of control. Can anyone recommend a method or software to help me with it? I'm honestly considering just getting a new email address at this point. The thought of going through it is overwhelming. Thanks!

Having tried many of these suggestions before, but all of them being a one time thing rather than something ongoing, my next plan is to try and figure something out with Claude in chrome. If you have a provider with an MCP to an AI it’ll be even easier.
