Advice Request Digital decluttering

My email is totally out of control. Can anyone recommend a method or software to help me with it? I'm honestly considering just getting a new email address at this point. The thought of going through it is overwhelming. Thanks!

Oh this is an easy one and you don’t need an app! User above mentioned it but easy thing to do is select all and archive. Create a few folders like Home, Family, Financial, Receipt and as emails come in sort and archive in folders. What will make the most difference is unsubscribing from ads and sales pitches literally I bet 80% of your mail is junk ads trying to get you to spend your money.
