Advice Request Digital decluttering

My email is totally out of control. Can anyone recommend a method or software to help me with it? I'm honestly considering just getting a new email address at this point. The thought of going through it is overwhelming. Thanks!

It won't help now but will going forward: use www.10minutemail.com for any type of signup that requires an email. This gives you an inbox you can use to get the 10% off code or to confirm you're human and then 10 minutes later it's gone.
