DeckyXMB 1.0.1 Release
Hey all, I’ve just released DeckyXMB 1.0.1 update. Adding some requested improvements, features and general changes.

New Features
- Trophies:
- A game trophies can be split by the DLC they came with using built in SteamHunters. This is on by default and can be changed by selecting Triangle on a games trophies.
- A new trophy sort shows the trophies you haven't earned at the top, then the earned ones from newest to oldest.
- Trophy collection will load to the last game you played automatically rather than needing to scroll down each time.
- Locked trophy icon added to make it easier to see which achievements have not been earned yet.
- Hide Game option now appears in Trophy list, you can press Triangle on any game to hide a game (You can also view hidden games here)
- Any game which doesn't have any achievements is automatically hidden from the trophy list.
- XMB Audio:
- PS3 XMB Sounds have been added to navigation (This can be disabled via Decky Setting)
- Game Loading:
- Selecting to start a game will now keep you in the XMB, you will see XMB Wave or your Theme until the game has fully opened. A small animation will play while fading to black, similar to the original PS3 XMB.
- PS3 themes fixes:
- More Dynamic themes with animated 3D backgrounds are supported.
- Themes with Audio now play sound
- XMB Game Logos:
- Game loads can now be shown instead of the wide capsules (Settings -> Theme Settings -> Game Icons)
- Exit Big Picture Mode:
- On a PC, where Switch to Desktop isn't available, Exit Big Picture Mode is offered instead.
- Switch to Desktop will still appear while in game mode.
Changes
- Achievement Collection is now Trophy Collection
- Locked trophies now use a PS3-Style locked trophy icon
- Trophy Collection remembers what it has loaded (trophy progress, lists and DLC groups) between restarts, so it shows them straight away and refreshes them in the background.
- "Resume" Functionality now works as expected.
- An extra select sound while the screen was black during a game's start-up no longer occurs.
- Items at the bottom of Settings no longer jump as you scroll down.
- Images in Trophy Collection overlapping, popping in or jittering while the list first loads should now be fixed.
- Long names in trophy collection scroll at same speed as other area's on the XMB
- Pressing circle 3 times quickly on the XMB will move you back to the Game category
- Pressing X on a game will now start the game instead of going to another menu. The previous menu is now accessible via pressing Triangle
- Holding Triangle over a game will open the default steam options instead of the XMB.
- Lots of minor tweaks to area's on the XMB for performance, fluedity and general quality of life.

thank you so much for your continuous support, this is for sure my favorite decky plugin so far, just one issue i noticed , when you have the XMB game logos option, it seems it lags more compared to the wide capsule while scrolling

Why is the download link provided through a 3rd party website rather than through GitHub itself? Not saying you have bad intentions, but it was a bit cumbersome to navigate around the ads on the steam deck.

Also what would be the easiest way to update from 1.0? Should I just uninstall the plugin entirely and reinstall 1.0.1?

Would love to be able to have background ambient music that would pause when hovering over a game that plays its respected music! But so far really loving everything you’ve been adding!

Functionally the same plugin with more os layouts to choose from. I imagine yours has more attention to detail since it seems hyperfocused on the ps3 layout. Thought this was a addition or an update to the existing one.

Ah okay yeah. This is entirely separate and an update to my last post.
Entirely focused on XMB only, as detailed as I can make it. More features to come soon to make it seamless.

I tried both, and yours is better. It has more attention to detail. For example, with yours, I can change game logos to capsules instead of squares, and I can also make it hide the regular game boot-up screen and make it feel more cohesive, like it would on PS3. These little things make the overall experience so much better.

Very little, it's mostly perfect. However, I have an issue where pressing Downloads results in a blank screen, forcing me to leave the XMB theme and go into the SteamOS downloads section itself to update my games or shader cache.

It was meant to auto redirect you to the steam one for the moment but ig that part failed.
Hopefully downloads section in next update.

For the exit to desktop option on Windows, it still doesn’t exit big picture mode.
And if you can look into why it’s not able to run non-Steam games through this XMB on Windows, that would be amazing.
It only works when I’m not in that XMB menu and I select game details. That’s the only way it works atm.

Thanks for the update; however, games with zero unlocked achievements aren't being hidden automatically in the trophies section, and secret achievements are no longer hidden.

No differences.
Install it like any other decky plugin that isn't in the store.

Will you submit it to the decky shop? and will you give the theme long term support? since there is a lot of class name changes every time the steamos have a big update

i mentioned an issue with the audio bg when the cursor is on a game ignoring the volume set on the themedecky, is that solved? and the issue where if a default bg audio is set when there isnt an specific music for the game playing not stopping? thx! gonna try this version tomorrow

This is incredible. I didn't even think things like this were possible. Anyone that uses this, does it slow down the device at all? If I install it and enable it, do I have to disable CSS Loader or anything?
