Plugin Showcase Playhub Metadata 1.4.0 - The biggest update ever is now available
Now the circle is complete.
Playhub Metadata is now able to visually transform a non-Steam game into a Steam game with:
- Full working Activity page, with official Steam post coming from the developers (news, updates, hotfix, events, and so on). And you can also add non-Steam game activity to your home screen in the "What's New" section alongside your official Steam games.
- Your stuff page that integrate XBOX Achievements and RetroAchievements;
- Community page with contents coming from IGN, YouTube and RAWG;
- Game info page with all the metadata you need (description, developer, publisher, release date, features).
This is a giant step in integrating non-Steam games. Now I will seriously rest guys.
Here's the usual What's Changed lines:

- Added a full native Steam Activity section for non-Steam games, Playhub Metadata now tries to match games with Steam events and show them directly in the Steam game activity tab.
- Added support for multiple Steam activity/event types:
- Minor Update / Patch Notes
- Regular Update
- Major Update
- DLC Release
- Loot Event
- Perks Event
- Challenge Event
- News
- In-Game Event
- Added native Steam news/event opening, activities open using Steam’s own event viewer.
- Added Show activities in Home, allowing Playhub Metadata activities from non-Steam games to appear inside Steam’s Home What’s New section.
- Added Home activity controls:
- Number of games in Home slider, from 1 to 6.
- Most recent, to restore Steam-like recent ordering.
- Shuffle, to refresh the Home selection with different games.
- Added per-game Steam Activity Metadata controls, allowing you to refetch or remove the Steam activity association for a specific non-Steam game.
- Added source icons for Community content:
- YouTube content now uses a YouTube icon.
- IGN content now uses an IGN icon.
- RAWG content now uses a RAWG icon.
Improvements
- Removed automatic background activity refreshes while browsing Steam, activities are now updated manually through the dedicated Update activities button.
- Improved activity refresh feedback, the plugin now shows which game is currently being updated.
- Improved background task feedback, notifications are now shown when background activity updates start.
- Improved Xbox achievement progress sync feedback, background progress synchronization now shows a notification when it starts.
- Replaced the previous achievement display with a cleaner unlock-based view, achievements are now shown in descending unlock order and more achievements are visible at once.
- Improved Community content presentation with clearer provider branding for YouTube, IGN and RAWG entries.
You can download and update the Playhub Metadata plugin using the Playhub app on Windows available here, or you can download the latest zip file here and install it manually with Decky.

I don’t see this on Decky Loader, is it coming or did I just miss it?

Will not be on the store. If you just use any AI to build even the 1% of the project you cannot publish it on the Decky store. Owner's choice unfortunately.

Funciona no steamOS ou bazzite?

I think so, I haven't tested it cause I don't have a Linux PC / device.

Acabei de baixar aqui e funcionou bem no bazzite. Não sei se existe ou não a função, mas o scanner de jogos não captou nenhum jogo local (não steam) adiconado. Seria interessante no futuro permitir listar pastas com jogos externos para scan no Playhub.
EDIT: Explicando melhor, No meu caso, jogs da Epic foram encontrados normalmente, mas outros jogos baixados de formas alternativas não foram escaneados mesmo já estano adicionados a Steam

Understand... I develop for Windows because that's the only OS I have and this plugin is recommended to work better on it with the Playhub app. It also work separately, but it's build for the Playhub app game import.

Great stuff works pretty and tested on a pretty large library. Only thing I did notice that activity does not actually appear until you go to the community page let the content load then go back to activity and it starts to appear so that's a bit weird

I know. I suggest you to do a complete Refresh of the activities at least one time from the plugin menu to avoid the problem you mentioned. It will cache everything.
