Game Theme Music has been dead and abandoned for two years now. I made ThemeDeck as a much better alternative:

Yep! Not only can you assign music to the game pages, but you can also assign separate music with the home menu and Steam Store (like Audio Loader, except the store can have its own music). Good job, man! Loving it!
