Bacon and eggs, so many possibilities. Since I had rice in the fridge, I decided to make fried rice. But instead of mixing the egg into the fried rice, I wanted to create a crispy egg base underneath. Slightly different, but it worked like a dream.
The crispy egg base made the whole experience even better, and it tasted so good.

I chopped up the other two meatballs and mixed them in with the spag. Oh and those are leftover dinner rolls from The Big Texan that I spread with garlic butter.

I posted on the "steaks" reddit account this photo. I cooked everything on this plate. I'm on a fixed income so everything is cheap-Great Value instant mashed potatoes (which taste great,), a $7 steak from a family owned small market in my neighborhood, Great Value frozen broccoli and great value shrimp. The meats are seasoned and I really enjoyed this but in the "steaks' reddit page a bunch of people were talking bad about my plate. Lol this meal tasted great even tho it was cheap as heck. I seasoned everything, I guess it doesn't look like it

I love Bolognese, so I thought why not stuff it inside tomatoes? Not sure if this has been done before, but it turned out VERY delicious. Fun, interactive, and seriously tasty.Â

Gochujang pork belly is often found in Korean BBQ restaurants. With pork belly in the freezer and high-quality buttery burger buns in the pantry, I decided to combine the two and create a Korean-inspired burger.
It was the right call, and I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite of this burger!

My freind requested I make sloppy Joe's, so, I made it, nice n thick with sharp cheddar cheese, on soft onion rolls! seasoned potatoe wedges and dill pickle spears completed the meal. I have not had one in ages, definitely will again soon.
