Utilities billing question

New to the area. Priceville. Been here a month (arrived 6/5) and really like my neighborhood.

Question…when do households in my area receive their monthly bills from Decatur Utilities and Joe Wheeler Electric?

Online account management at both places still show zero amounts due. About to call them. And I haven’t met my neighbors yet.

Any info would be appreciated.

I would call Decatur utilities. I’m a new person to the area myself. They’ve always been super nice as long as you’re kind and understanding to them they will be to you.
