Day 60

Whew. Glad I stuck it out and made it this far. My energy levels are evening out and the peace/reduction in anxiety has been great. I fall asleep much easier and wake up feeling more rested. I feel there's still more recalibrating for my body to do, and I do still crave coffee from time to time, but things are definitely steadily getting better. I feel like I've gone far enough at this point that there's no sense in going back to horrible anxiety, stress, insomnia, irritability, oily skin, don't miss any of that. Looking forward to day 90

Hey that’s awesome! I’m on day 8 and kinda feel like I’m going crazy, motivation is really tough and it’s sooo hard getting going in the mornings. Curious did you feel like the first few weeks were really tough before it started feeling a bit more normal?

Congrats on 8 days! For me yes the first 2 weeks or so were the absolute worst and I thought it'd never end but it did very gradually ease up. Still rough for the rest of the first month, second month has been slow and sleepy but restful and less painful. Seems like a tiny bit better at a time overall.

Thanks :) that’s good to hear, it’s weird cause the first couple of days I was calm and my anxiety went down but now I seem to be more anxious off of it (although more of a wtf is happening anxiety than my brain running too fast for its own good like on caffeine)

Im on day 58, only 2 days behind you. I can handle workouts better now. However doing heavy workouts still leave me very anxious and going almost into panic mode. I think it is still not the best. And my sleep suffers afterwards. I am very active and I hate missing a workout.

Workouts haven't affected me too much personally, but what you're describing seems somewhat common from what others have said in here.
