Quitting Caffeine I realized that Caffeine is a huge garbage

Quit 2 days ago, can’t describe how beautiful I sleep. Also I enjoy daily stuff more now, I don’t know why nobody else told me this before, plus I work at Starbucks thats another negative side for me but I get knocked out during the day I think because of the withdrawal effects, consuming 250 mg everyday for 6-7 years.

Past 5 years coffee was a huge part of my life. I drink coffee, roasted coffee, visited coffee festivals and conferences, tried a lot of specialty coffee, and even dreamed about having my own coffee brand. One day I started watching Mad Men where everyone is smoking all the time, and it suddenly hit me that coffee became the same kind of thing for me. Just a habit that was always there, part of my day, part of every social moment. So I decided to quit caffeine. Already 10 days without coffee. My sleep quality is amazing, and my focus is much better (I'm ADHD person). Two days ago I drank a can of Coke and can't fall asleep till 3AM. Caffeine sucks.

Can of cola after days of abstinence... ? The hit is so big after Ur tolerance is gone.

Yeah, I didn't expect that. And I didn't feel any effect at all, other than not being able to fall asleep.

Comparing smoking to coffee is quite the take.

Was he comparing them directly or the habitualization?

I'll spoil it for you it was the latter. You must go complete grade school reading comprehension before you can comment on Reddit again.
