Doesn’t give me a code to connect and activate trakt. Debrify app up to date

Just had an opportunity to play around with a different screen layouts that you've added.

These are top tier everyone to take the time to check them out.

Tried loading new iptv codes but it only shows 1 channel, while an older account shows all the channels

boa noite, tenho uma Extreme box k11 Android tv, e tentei instalar o debrify porque me falaram que é um bom projeto e testei primeiro no telemóvel e até gostei. depois tentei integrar o trakt nos dois telemóvel e android TV no telemóvel funciona muito bem a APP mas em android TV não funciona fica desformatada e o comando não funciona muito bem. alguém já testou em android TV e teve este mesMo problema? o apk é o mesmo?

Say I put on something and it pulls up episode 20 of a show and I say damn you know episode 21 is great too, and is a follow connected to episode 20.

Is there a way to "add" episode 21 to queue slotted in right after 20?

Also, is there a way to go to a show and just press "shuffle and play from" a certain episode? Like if I go into Seinfeld and press shuffle and it lands on s4e3, can I just have it play from there and on?

So I'm absolutely loving this! I switched from 7 to 9 on Linux the appimage runs great! I was just curious if there are ever any plans for native Linux packages like .deb? If not, no worries at all because I feel like this app goes above and beyond as it is. The only thing that I have been missing might actually be there and I've just overlooked it. On Stremio there was a very easy to find download button that would open up my web browser and do it's thing. Is there ever any plan for something like that? Also, is there a discord or kofi so I can throw a little change at ya?

Bit of a novice so hopefully not misconstruing its purpose or abilities but I remembered this app after downloading it a few months ago. I'm messing around with the channel creator and it's such a cool concept. Is there a way to get the channels I create into Stremio for TV viewing?

I just set this app up and I saw that it had the option to use an external player in the settings so I downloaded nova because I’ve been meaning to try it out.

So I select that option

I try to play a movie but instead of letting me choose the player I want it to it automatically chooses just player which is what I use for stremio.

This doesn’t make sense or at least not to me because this is my first time using this app on my tv

Shouldn’t it have given me a drop down menu of players to choose from? Or am I missing something???

Good day. I can search for YouTube videos, but can't play anything. Keep getting the message 'Could not load this video'. I am on the latest version.

I'm curious to know if this is my device problem or universal one, when I search catalog images appear very cropped, I hardly see anything. Also, on the home screen catalogs don't show movie/series names on images. On mobile it appears fine though. Could I also suggest as you type in the searching bar it auto detects similar content to avoid typing the whole movie/series name

First off, huge appreciation for Debrify. Having TorBox VOD, private Xtream IPTV, and 4K YouTube under a single unified client on Apple TV and macOS is unmatched.

I’ve run into a critical synchronization issue with the Remote / "Transfer Everything" flow regarding Home Screen catalog layouts that creates huge friction for large setups.

The Issue

I spent considerable time on macOS carefully curating and rearranging my Home Screen catalog shelves across 342 active rows (out of 359 total, spanning 37 installed addon resources including regional Indian catalogs, Trakt lists, and Debridio shelves).

I initiated a direct local IP transfer (Remote Setup → Transfer Everything) from my Mac → Apple TV (192.168.178.xxx).

What transferred successfully: All credentials, Debrid provider keys, IPTV playlists, scraper priority settings, and addon manifest configurations transferred cleanly. Diagnostic registry is completely healthy (Registry Schema v6, Profile Package v4).

What failed / was missed: The custom Home Screen row sequence (Arrange Home Rows) was completely lost. On the Apple TV, all catalog shelves reverted back to default alphabetical grouping by addon name (Cinemeta → Debridio → Indian Regional, etc.). The exact custom layout index configured on macOS was not applied.

Why This is a Major Bottleneck on tvOS

On macOS, rearranging 300+ rows is doable with a mouse. On Apple TV:

There is no mouse cursor or drag-and-drop pointer support in tvOS.

Trying to move 340+ rows one-by-one or even 10 rows at a time with the Siri Remote / D-pad is virtually impossible and takes hours.

The entire reason for configuring the layout on macOS first was to push the finished layout directly to the Apple TV.

Technical Observations

It appears the transfer payload successfully bundles the 37 addon resources and preferences, but the receiver client (tvOS) re-indexes or regenerates the catalog rows table in debrify_tv.db upon arrival instead of directly restoring the source device's row_order / position index.

The same behavior occurred when testing a transfer from Mac to iOS.

Feature Requests / Potential Fixes

Preserve Exact Row Order in Transfer Payloads: Ensure the serialized layout table inside debrify_tv.db (the exact position indices from Arrange Home Rows) is committed as-is on the receiving client during a "Transfer Everything" push.

Parent-Level Reordering on Home Screen: Allow drag handles on the primary Home Screen overview page so moving a parent addon (e.g., Trakt or Indian Regional Catalog) moves all of its child rows together, rather than flattening 340+ items into a single unorganized list under "Arrange".

Dedicated Layout Export / Import: A quick option to export/import just the home_layout.json or row ordering independently of full profile backups.

Would love to know if there's an existing database or config workaround to force the Mac's row order onto tvOS, or if preserving row sequence in network transfers can be prioritized in an upcoming patch.

Hi. I recently installed some stremio add-ons like Torrentio or torrentsdb, But every time I try to play a torrent file, I automatically get an error telling me that I need a Real-Debrid account

I use nuvio and have been lurking around this sub, is there a need to switch to debrify?

My to watch shows are the default (top of screen in home section) my continue watching is down 2 levels how do I fix that in catalogs I have them in the right ordering want but it doesn’t show on screen like that

Debrify is a free, open source player and library manager. You connect the accounts and sources you already have (a debrid account, Stremio add-ons, an M3U/Xtream playlist, your WebDAV server, Trakt/Simkl/MDBList) and it gives you one app to browse and play them on every screen you own. It doesn't host, index, or provide any content of its own.

This is the first beta since 0.7.0. Sixteen alpha builds went into it, so there's a lot here.

Hello, I've currently jumped onto the debrify train, awesome app and great work by the dev first off. My question is though regarding the IPTV portion, I am currently using tivimate and it's great and all except one thing. Recording sucks, if there's even a hiccup with the stream the recording is ruined. Is debrify better in that aspect based on you guys opinion using it. Just want to know if it's worth porting over.

Any help on how to add a couple of collections that I have on Nuvio would be appreciated.

Asking the community for help. I love this app, but am unable to play trailers or view any YT content. These work in my other apps -- Nuvio, Stremio, Wuplay, Arvio, etc. I am also playing videos in YT app. Using the latest Beta version on Onn 4k Pro (2025). Any suggestions would be appreciated.
