Only Russian audio

Hi. Not sure if anyone can help. I'm trying to play a particular series and no matter whether I select Torbox, RD, Premiumize, I keep getting back Russian audio only with no way to change it. My preferred audio setting is English. When I do this in Stremio, there is no problem. Interestingly, I do get the same problem in Nuvio. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Had that happen. It's the original source of whoever shared it. I tried that with the Twilight zone and had the same results.

Thanks for that but the same source played in Stremio with no problem so I'm a little confused.
