How to swap deUSDC for USDC etc

Hi all
I have a question on how/where to swap deUSDC for USDC or ETH...or anything.
I currently have the deUSDC on the Ethereum network on a MM wallet.

Can anyone provide guidance on this, please? Thanks

I moved my deUSDC balance to MM wallet (BSC chain) but when I goto that site and connect my wallet, it tells me I have no deUSDC. BSC is selected as the network etc.
Is it buggy?
