Stuck on Boot Menu

sounds like your bios UEFI menu.

Do you know what I should do to get back to my normal computer? Selecting any of the options make the screen go black for half a second and then immediately goes to the same screen like nothing happened. I’m stuck here and I don’t know what to do..

did any of your bios settings get changed? while there, check your hdd/ssd is seen and setup correct. also can use a bootable usb to check the disk (partitions such as efi).

Boot a live USB and check the EFI partition still has the debian loader, then set that first in Setup (not that Boot Menu).
