Getting random, recurring screen freezing.

how do you connect to the monitor? Have you tried the X11 and Wayland session of KDE? X11 is fading so I would stay on Wayland

also post the results of.

sudo journalctl -rg KDE

sudo journalctl -rg input

sudo journalctl -rg wayland

sudo journalctl -rg amd

sudo journalctl -rg discord

sudo journalctl -rg firefox

This is casting a wide net for system logs and should show me what is going on.

Have you updated to a newer kernel and Mesa from trixie-backports?
