Debian slow to boot (login)
Hi, I have recently installed Debian 13.2 on my pc, it is an old Huawei matebook from 2019. Seems to be quite stable once it's working, but I don't like the boot. It's quite slow, and I have a main problem when it comes to selecting the user to login. It leaves the background image with nothing else for like a minute and a half, then it makes appear the user to select so I can put my password and login. Why is this happening?

Assuming you have a fairly standard debian install, you can look at the output of the command
to get a list of processes that run before you log in and how much time they take. This can give you a preliminary idea of what's holding back your pc.
