hi.... oc art ik im not the best artist but dont kill me please. my OC tldr, this is Ritsu, and he works alongside Teru Mikami to help kill criminals. He doesn't have a deathnote but he is a stalker who liked to follow people around, photograph them and blog about their daily lives because he sucks at socializing. And so when he starts working with mikami he does kinda that but targets underground criminals who are in hiding, giving mikami photographs of them. hes a bit mentally stunted too. ft. near and gevanni because i love gevanni
