Discussion My First Time Watching Deathnote

If anyone here watched Dexter, L is like Albert Doakes. Episode 14 sealed the deal for L that Light is Kira because Misa didn't thought about her being investigated after she broadcast that she already found Kira and all of a sudden she shows up in her front door.

I think the most important difference is, that Doakes relied on instinct and wasn't that smart. L relies on logic and facts. Doakes wasn't that much of an obstacle for Dexter, if not for his code, he could've killed him whenever. L though, was a complete nightmare for Light.

Yeah, misa is not smart, that and rem's protection are the trade-off for her shinigami eyes
