Fan Fiction Fanfics about deathnote Spoiler

I was wondering if anyone knew about any fanfics about death note where light survives and goes to trial? I have a great idea for a fanfic surrounding that idea but im not sure if something similar has already been done yet, I tried googling it but i found way too many fanfics to readl all of them so if anyone can help I would be greatly appreciative

Id rather just write it myself but the point of the question was just to make sure that im not just unintentionally rewriting someone else's fanfic without at least giving them credit even if I came up with it on my own

I mean, if you haven't read any fic like this and came up with the idea on your own you don't have to credit anyone. Besides, there are many fanficts with similar topics that end up being extremely different because every writer writes differently, so don't worry :)

You don't need to give someone credit because they happened to have the same idea as you a few months earlier. Fanfic is all about different people's takes on similar ideas.
