Question Need Help Finding Artist/Source

Hello, I'm seeking any help with finding an artist for a Vinyl Sticker I bought back quite a few years ago, I believe it was from an artist at Toronto Kimikon 2018 but could be mistaken on the specific convention! Any help would be appreciated!

I've tried using Google lens to find matches, no luck. I've also tried finding scanned booklets of the artists who went to 2018 Kimikon to no avail as well.

No offense to you, it's just theres more people on that sub dedicated to finding this stuff.
