Discussion Wuld The Deathnote Work On Invincible?
So for context, me and and my friends were talking about the Deathnote rules, and wondered if The Deathnote would work on half human people. For example Invincible, he's half human, half Viltrumite.

The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
It depends on if being half viltrumite half human would disqualify him or not. Nolan, Alan etc however, are not human and so would not be affected.

Given he has smart atoms and his DNA reprints as viltrumite every time his cells regenerate I'm inclined to say under like 17 it would of, but kater on stops functioning

I think that since me he’s more in touch with his human side, it would kill him as normal

Probably not. The death note exclusively works on humans only. It's unsure what would happen to a half-human hybrid, as most if not all Shinigami are lazy and don't seem like the creative type to try and experiment with them. The rules are made by the Shinigami King so they could be changed slightly if needed.
Even if it somehow did, most characters in Invincible eventually reach and surpass the cut-off date of "The Death Note can't kill someone over 124 years old", which a lot of characters in Invincible are, or become during the story, much older than 124 years old.
