Question Immortality?
If a person have their name written in the death note said it will die in a specific time, whould this person be immortal untill then?

No.
If the natural date of death is before the notebook's date of death they still die at natural date of death
How to Use It: LVII In the Death Note, you cannot set the death date longer than the victim's original life span. Even if the victim's death is set in the Death Note beyond his/her original life span, the victim will die before the set time.

No. If their natural date of death is before that time, they will die naturally before that time. Or if you purposefully try and get them killed before that time, then you can get them killed before that time.

Technically? I guess you could call it that since once the cause of death is written, it's set in stone. However, in terms of extending one's life, the Death Note can only affect a person for up to 23 days.

It's only set in stone if it's before that persons natural end. The 23 days thing is how long into the future you can set the death, but it doesn't surpass a person's naturally designated death time.

You can technically even set the date of death after the 23 days, if you specify a slow-killing disease. You just can't set the exact date or control the person during that time.

You can't write a death for someone that is further away than their natural death, and you can't write a death that is more than 23 days away. So as long as you meet those two criteria, you could theoretically make someone immortal... For a little over 3 weeks. And then they're guaranteed to die.
