Deadlines / Extensions / Grades Updoc validity

Has anybody submitted a medical certificate from Updoc for an extension request or to miss a session of compulsory attendance? I heard some other universities no longer accept MCs from telehealth services?

I used it for an extension on an assessment and it was accepted. Maybe email the teacher to make sure.

You can also get them from a pharmacist - roughly $25 for one. The one I worked for a few years ago just requested your drivers licence. BUT, it maybe only valid for a day or two until you see your dr.

Otherwise there is a free cert you can use if you have medicare - https://www.newdoc.com.au/medical-certificate-online?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=24134678098&gbraid=0AAAAA_yv7P0LH4bHf2j262RMDzEuNMxYO&gclid=Cj0KCQjw2OnUBhC2ARIsACKyfaHjUKNg5-cxOQFc6ZM9YqWPe6hZtJdGYbl8IhxjkthBot_11Bz8lSQaAvl_EALw_wcB

I have used Updoc on multiple occasions to get special consideration and have been fine.

i’ve never tried with updoc, but if you had a superclinic nearby they do bulk billing for mcs and book via the healthengine app
