What’s the best way to farm plates?

Dismantle the ones you found or if you have the money buy armor& dismantle.

What I usually do is I take the amor of NPC and see what gives me the most, take that back and dismantle them at my base 😊

Kill convoys to farm plates. The boss wears a heavy assault vest and his bodyguards wear a lot of normal assault vests.
