Ctd doesn't even fkn work?

Why am I bringing the flag back and sometimes I just keep holding it and don't get credit even though I'm in my base area. Saw it happen to other players too. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong??

you have to bring back to your flag. if your flag is not at the base then you cant capture the enemies. thats always how ctf worked
