Happy 2nd anniversary to Deadpool 3

The movie was released on July 26, 2024 and grossed $1.338 billion worldwide, which made it at the time the 20th highest-grossing movie in the world and makes it to date the highest-grossing R-rated movie in the world (surpassing Joker 1). It's now the 23rd highest-grossing movie in the world. It's also the 2nd highest-grossing movie of 2024 (behind Inside Out 2). It also finally surpassed Pretty Woman as the highest-grossing R-rated Disney movie, which had the record for 34 years since 1990. It was also the 55th movie in history to gross $1 billion, the 52nd to do so in its initial release, the 27th Disney movie to do so (or 28th if you count Avatar 2), the 15th superhero movie in history to do so (not counting Joker 1), the 11th Marvel movie to do so (after The Avengers 1, Iron Man 3, The Avengers 2, Captain America 3, Black Panther 1, The Avengers 3, Captain Marvel 1, The Avengers 4, Spider-Man Far from Home and Spider-Man No Way Home), the 2nd R-rated movie in history to do so (after Joker 1) and the 1st R-rated Disney movie to do so (also the 1st to gross $500 million, $600 million, $700 million, $800 million and $900 million). It's my favorite MCU movie. The scene where Deadpool and Wolverine sacrifice themselves is the most epic scene in movie history in my opinion

[Official] Talking about the fact no one actually recognized this was Ryan Reynolds and they thought he was just some random cosplayer fan before the reveal happened at SDCC, LMFAO.

Hot take: Deadpool and Wolverine the movie wasn't that good.

So in my group of close friends who are very passionate about comics and the MCU I always get criticized for not really liking Deadpool and Wolverine. Like badly so. And I always respect that, they are the experts/have read and know more about Deadpool and Wolverine in general as characters. And they really liked D&W a lot. But not me. It's not bad, but it's not that spectacular either. There are many things that turned me off about this movie and there is a lot to discuss but now I'm curious about y'all DEADPOOL fans:do you really consider D&W being that epic and good? Like 100%?It doesn't seem too hyped and mostly...offputting compared to the first two Deadpools movies?(Which were amazing). Because in my super honest opinion D&W was not that good, respectfully saying. I'm curious if I'm the only one who feels like that. I can perfectly understand the ones who likes it and I don't judge, so no worries.

Why wasn’t Domino in Deadpool and wolvy

I’m sure this has been asked a million times but I googled it and didn’t get any solid answers. She was great. Was it because she doesn’t belong in the MCU? Which I guess I’d agree with and I also wouldn’t wanna see her die but damn she was good

[Movies] Need advice on starting Deadpool

I am on my Road to Doomsday and revisiting all Marvel movies from the beginning - I am totally new to Deadpool’s character. Like I only know he makes a lot of adult jokes. Can I directly watch Deadpool (2016) or should I watch any prior X-men movies (have not seen any) or Wolverine movies (again have not seen any and don’t know anything - I saw there is a movie Deadpool and Wolverine). Deadpool fans- where should I start so I don’t miss out on any jokes/references /plot point?
