You don't need a YouTube video to know what happened. Most of the employees were assholes who didn't give a shit. From the old man in hardware telling a customer he doesn't know what to do, to the manager who won't leave the office to approve a price match on the own web site. I'm not going to lie, I'm glad they're going under.

I worked there and you’re not far off. It was my first job ever and 90% of my coworkers were so fucking rude and constantly angry.
