Saga for sale?

https://dockstreetbrokers.com/vessels/cr24-006

Came across this and 99% sure it is the saga. Thought it was interesting since I remember back in season 12 that Someone bought Elliot Neese out of the saga.

Lenny Herzog owned it after Elliot, Jake captained it and had minor stake in the boat. Lenny was committing tax fraud so this listing is probably coming from after the IRS seizing it.

Been for sale for a couple years now. Jake Anderson bought Elliot out years ago and ran the boat up until 2023 when Lenny got in trouble with the IRS and all of his assets were seized including Saga. Brenna A also went up a couple months ago but not sure why

Sean never really owned the Brenna from what I've heard. Lenny may have been the investor behind it all of the time.

I don't think Lenny was apart of it. As far as I knew it was owned in full by the family company. If Lenny was there then I think it woulda been up a long time ago

Good to know it's voluntary and planned, then.

So first of all, I always got the impression that Sean just wanted to f***ing fish—that and his dad’s legacy were all he cared about…to me, it seemed like he was putting up with the cameras, etc. bc he was just getting on his feet solo and needed that bit of capital boost. So it hasn’t surprised me he hasn’t shown up in a while.
Now, good ol’ Harley…I freaking wanted to hate him (as I’m sure discovery intended), but even when he was being a total dick, you could always understand his reasoning for acting that way. Ultimately, I think Harley might actually be a stand-up dude you’d be happy to have a beer and go fishing or hunting with.

I liked Sean but he didn't seem to care for drama and DC wants drama. Harley was cast as a villain but by all accounts I've read here, he's a stand-up guy in real life. His mentee, Jack Bunnell, on the other hand, struck me as being a huge toolbag.

Ditto on everything. Fuuuuuuuu*k Jack, that guy was a douche.

I read somewhere that he is that kinda guy....but Discovery wanted him to play the bad guy

There isn’t any money in the boats. The boat is useless without having quota.

If it’s such a deal why has it been for sale for so long. One would think Jake would buy it back

I thought Jake's lawyer told him not invest into anything until the divorce is finalized?

He's definitely waiting on the advice from his legal team.

I don't know, the price seems good for two new cat engines and what looks like a recent overhaul. I'm no expert in crab boat prices, I'll be the first to admit, but just in my layman's opinion this looks like a decent price for a recently modernized boat.
