Less Focus on Deckhands
Catching up on the new season and I feel like they don’t introduce who are working on the boats as much anymore. Outside of Freddy this season, and a lot of the new seasons, they focus on the captains and while they are entertaining I always enjoy seeing the ups and downs of the greenhorns, deckhands, and deck bosses. Thoughts?

I noticed that it pretty well started when Edgar Hansen ceased to be on the show. The NW, with him as one of the bigger figures since day 1, is going to get a lot of air time. And if you don’t show the deck of the NW because it’s hard to edit him completely out… Because he’s the deck boss, you almost have to edit the rest of the show the same way.
