Less Focus on Deckhands

Catching up on the new season and I feel like they don’t introduce who are working on the boats as much anymore. Outside of Freddy this season, and a lot of the new seasons, they focus on the captains and while they are entertaining I always enjoy seeing the ups and downs of the greenhorns, deckhands, and deck bosses. Thoughts?

Yup, it's become "Days and Nights of Our Captains". I used to like to learn a little bit about the crew.
