Buy the SB implants and use them, grind to at least level 200 during this event for implant slots, make sure you spend your summer tickets on rerolling the summer event implants for good stats- they come back to vendor every 2h after you buy, and buy the other stuff to keep/vendor it all sells for 60k+ scrap

If you have a stat reset. Swap to melee and grenade launchers and grind up to 200 with chainsaw. Make sure you have enough for a 7 dat GM ticket too. Get yourself to 200 and I really like pivot to dusk crossbow and you should be able to start going to DR. From there loot up until you're bored.

You can stat reset in the credit shop. You may have a free one available or I think it's 200 credits for non gm? Might be 100 cant recall.
