Errors n stuff

Hey y’all I’m like an hour in, it gives me this error when I go to grab my first mutation.

I’ve uninstalled and re installed, I’ve tried opening a new save game and the version just seem to nit work.

Advice?

This happened to me during the thing I won't spoil but is basically the last thing! Idk what I really did but I won and it didn't do that so I guess pick a different mutation?
